Mark E. Scott

Mark Scott has over 25 years of experience, primarily as an insurance defense attorney. Prior to joining Fain, Major & Brennan he served as staff counsel and a managing attorney for several major insurance carriers. He also has experience in general practice and municipal law. Mark has significant experience in all aspects of defending automobile, premises liability and insurance coverage disputes from initial pleadings through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, expert discovery and first chair jury trials. Mark also has significant appellate briefing and argument experience.
