Biography
James Holmes practices general civil defense litigation. He is experienced in handling cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, trucking cases, and maritime bodily injury, as well as handling coverage matters or disputes for insurance carriers. Mr. Holmes graduated from Samford University in 2011, and received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the McWhorter School of Pharmacy in 2015, and is a licensed pharmacist. He received his JD from St. Louis University School of Law in 2018, where he graduated in the top 20% of his class. Mr. Holmes has tried cases to verdict to juries in both Missouri and Georgia.
Mr. Holmes begain practicing law in the state of Missouri in 2018, and is admitted to practice in all Georgia State Courts, all Missouri State Courts, and the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Missouri.
